More details about Actium

With three more days to go until PixelHeaven 2017, we are finally ready to reveal some details about our ambitious project named Actium. Because the project is still in an early phase, everything you read here is subject to change.

  • Actium is a story driven rpg in which the player takes the role of a Mongolian clan leader.
  • The story is about a clan that is forced to migrate to other lands.
  • The story doesn’t just cover one hero, but multiple generations of successors. As the clan moves further away from their home, with every generation the player takes control of a new leader.
  • The actions of previous clan leaders have huge impact on the story and shape the playable heroes of the future generations.

An early build is playable at PixelHeaven 2017 in Warsaw (26 & 27 May), so if you are in the neighbourhood, be sure to check out our booth. For those who aren’t able to join us, here is a screenshot of a very early build. Feedback is welcome on our Facebook or Instagram.

New office

Things didn’t work out in the city of Heerlen, and we were forced to move out of our office. After only a month, we have heard that the municipality of the city bought the building. We were barely settled! To keep the story short: we were forced to find a new home, and the nice people at the Sprinthills foundation offered us a place on a historic 18th century farmhouse. This stunning location is in the small town of Schinnen, the Netherlands. Thanks guys!
